We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is appropriate, and we’ve designed this policy to be transparent and fair for all players. Eligibility for Refunds Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions: The purchase was made in error or unintentionally. You have experienced a technical malfunction that prevents access to purchased items. The content was not delivered or is significantly different from what was advertised. Refunds will only be considered if requested within 72 hours of the transaction and if the item or currency has not been used in-game. Non-Refundable Purchases Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for: Digital goods that have been consumed, used, or applied within the game. Requests made after 72 hours from the time of purchase. In-game currency or bundles bought during special events or promotions. Personal preference changes or dissatisfaction after use. How to Request a Refund To submit a refund request: Contact our support team through the Help Center or in-game Support Menu. Provide your User ID, transaction ID, and a short description of the issue. Include relevant screenshots if necessary. Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to review and respond to your request. Final Notes Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Abuse of refund requests may lead to restrictions or suspension of your game account. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of our support team based on this policy.
